Taishan Group Aids Wuliangye Ecological Brewing Project (Phase II) with Smooth Delivery of 5×35t/h Gas Steam Boilers

On the afternoons of July 6th and 7th, five vehicles carrying the 5×35t/h gas steam boilers manufactured by Taishan Group for Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd.’s “100,000-ton Ecological Brewing Project (Phase II) Power Plant Project” set off from the group’s factory and headed south towards the project site. This marks a significant step forward for Taishan Group in the Sichuan market and a notable breakthrough in the brewing industry, especially with the Wuliangye Group.

This project aims to provide steam for Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd.’s “100,000-ton Ecological Brewing Project (Phase II) Power Plant Project.” Each boiler’s maximum transport size is 12700mm×4500mm×4400mm. The boilers consist of a main unit (including a superheater), an economizer, and a condenser, with a flue gas temperature below 70°C and a designed thermal efficiency of 99.5%. They can operate within a load range of 30-110%, featuring low flue gas loss and high thermal efficiency.

Additionally, these boilers adopt FIR internal circulation ultra-low nitrogen burners, with NOx emissions ≤30mg/㎡ and a designed fuel consumption of 2730Nm³/h, fully meeting environmental protection requirements. The main structure of the boilers uses a membrane wall structure, and to enhance insulation, the main insulation materials are a combination of aluminum silicate and aerogel. The economizer at the rear heating surface uses ND steel material, while the condenser heating surface is made of 316L stainless steel. The modular design shortens the installation period and saves installation costs.

During the project execution, the company’s departments fully utilized horizontal collaboration and vertical coordination advantages, actively engaging in technical cooperation with Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd. While ensuring quality, they provided comprehensive technical support, manufacturing, quality supervision, product inspection, and follow-up services, creating a full-cycle service. The company also accelerated the project progress, strengthening production organization and pre-arrangement plans to improve production organization foresight and effectiveness, ensuring high-quality and high-level project advancement.

Currently, the boiler bodies have been fully shipped, and the company is accelerating the production and manufacturing of remaining components according to the production plan, fully ensuring the production progress and smooth delivery of the remaining products.
