Taishan Group 25TPH Residual Oil Boiler Delivered to Turkey
Residual Oil Boiler is similar to heavy oil boiler to some extent. In June 2021, oil boiler manufacturer Taishan Group signed EP project of 25TPH residual oil boiler with Turkish cement company. The residual oil boiler parameter is 25t/h steam flow, 1.6MPa steam pressure and 400C steam temperature. According to the contract, all goods have been delivered in May 2022 and arrived at the destination port on Aug. 1st, 2022.
After contract signing, our and owner’s technical team conducted in-depth technical exchanges, and determined equipment layout in the boiler room. We also submitted foundation load, saving time for the civil work. After our design team finished the parameters of boiler body and auxiliary equipment, the purchasing department immediately purchased raw materials and auxiliary equipment, thus ensuring the delivery plan.
Before delivery, we organized production coordination meeting many times to know actual production progress, arrange package and make delivery plan. After joint efforts of sales company, engineering company and production department, boiler and auxiliary equipment began delivery on May 4th. Before delivery, the package workshop workers counted all the goods and found the storage.
