From July 29th to August 2nd, the 30th anniversary celebration of the Industrial Boiler Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association was held in Shanghai. Taishan Group gathered with many experts, scholars, and industry companies to review the industrial boilers of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. The extraordinary development history of the branch discussed how the industrial boiler industry can adapt to changes and optimize and upgrade under the guidance of the “14th Five-Year Plan” policy.

Among them, Chairman Cao Xisen of Taishan Group won the “Lifetime Achievement Award in China’s Industrial Boiler Industry”! Taishan Group won the title of “Leading Brand in China’s Industrial Boiler Industry”! And was re-elected as “Vice Chairman Unit of China Industrial Boiler Association”! Kang Lulu, deputy director of the third design department of the boiler company, was awarded the “Outstanding Young Engineer in China’s Industrial Boiler Industry”!

Winning multiple honors this time reflects that the Taishan boiler brand has won the recognition of leaders, industry experts and customers from all walks of life. It is also a powerful testimony to the joint efforts of all employees of the company.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the China Federation of Industrial Economics jointly issued the “Notice on the Issuance of the List of the Seventh Batch of Manufacturing Single Champions and the First and Fourth Batches of Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises (Products) that Passed the Review.” With its core technological advantages in green, low-carbon, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly large-capacity industrial boilers, as well as a stable leading market share in the industry, Taishan Group successfully passed the review and was once again recognized as a “National Manufacturing Single-Champion Demonstration Enterprise”! 

As a leading enterprise in the industrial boiler industry, under the national strategic goal of “peak carbon and carbon neutrality,” Taishan Group consistently focuses on changes in national policies and market demands. Through a combination of independent development and the introduction of advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, the company has successfully developed green, low-carbon, and energy-efficient boiler products. These include the world’s largest capacity high-efficiency pulverized coal industrial boiler, the domestically largest capacity ultra-low nitrogen gas boiler, a low-nitrogen high-efficiency swirl pulverized coal burner, and the company’s third-generation energy-saving and environmentally friendly circulating fluidized bed boiler. Among them, the single-unit capacity of the pulverized coal industrial boiler ranks first domestically, the total installed capacity is the largest domestically, and the product specifications are the most comprehensive. The technologies of efficient and ultra-low-emission gas boilers, large-capacity high-efficiency energy-saving and environmentally friendly pulverized coal industrial boilers, large-capacity pulverized coal burners, biomass power generation boilers, and other overall technical levels, product performance, and manufacturing processes are at the forefront of the industry. On April 21, the grand opening of the first Taishan Industrial Expo in 2021 took place. A total of 269 companies from 9 industrial clusters participated, concentrating on exploring major opportunities for market expansion and win-win cooperation.

City Party Secretary Cui Honggang, Mayor Zhang Tao, and other leaders visited and guided.

After the opening ceremony, City Party Secretary Cui Honggang, City Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Zhang Tao, and other municipal leaders visited the first stop of the indoor exhibition, which was the Taishan Group exhibition area! Group General Manager Hou Chuanxin provided a detailed introduction to Secretary Cui and his team regarding Taishan Group’s typical products, industry status, technological innovation, and enterprise development. He particularly emphasized the efforts made by Taishan Group in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic last year. Despite the challenges, Taishan Group achieved a good development trend with a 20% year-on-year increase in main business income in 2020, doubled profits and taxes, and contributed nearly 200 million yuan in taxes. The entire group achieved rapid and healthy development, reaching a new level in enterprise production and operation, making a significant contribution to the economic and social development of Tai’an.

In front of the exhibit showcasing the fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing aluminum cast hot water boiler, Secretary Cui and his team carefully learned about the efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly manufacturing process and technical advantages of the product. They fully affirmed and praised Taishan Group’s outstanding achievements in recent years, its commitment to technological innovation, and its continuous efforts to improve the energy-saving and environmental performance of its products. Secretary Cui pointed out the need to adhere to core technology leadership, develop more energy-saving and environmentally friendly, economically efficient, and demand-oriented new products, take the road of high-quality development, strive to be the industry leader, and make new and greater contributions to the economic and social development of Tai’an.

As a key large-scale enterprise and a “Double Top 50” enterprise in Tai’an City, Taishan Group has been invited to participate in the exhibition. Exhibit: Efficient Pulverized Coal Industrial Boiler System Model (In response to the national energy-saving and emission reduction policy, Taishan Group has developed an efficient pulverized coal industrial boiler. This series of boiler products is an upgraded and replacement product for traditional high-pollution, high-energy-consumption coal-fired industrial boilers, with advantages such as centralized supply of coal powder, environmentally friendly working environment, high thermal efficiency, clean emissions, high safety, and simple operation.)

Exhibit: Efficient Energy-saving, Environmentally Friendly New Swirl Pulverized Coal Burner (The efficient and energy-saving new swirl pulverized coal burner is the result of Taishan Group’s years of research and active cooperation with Xi’an Jiaotong University. It applies Xi’an Jiaotong University’s accumulated research results over the years, combined with the characteristics of industrial boiler fuel, gas-solid two-phase flow and separation characteristics, and is designed with a central air, radial coal powder concentration device, central isolation flue gas recirculation, axial swirl blades external secondary air, far-distance SOFA burnout air, and pre-combustion chamber to achieve efficient and low-nitrogen pulverized coal combustion.)

Exhibit: Condensing Boiler, Unsupervised Steam Boiler (Taishan Group’s condensing boiler uses a silicon-cast aluminum alloy efficient condensing heat exchanger, full-premixed metal fiber low-nitrogen burner, proportional control valve, and full-premixed variable frequency fan, fully utilizing the sensible heat in the flue gas and the gasification latent heat released by water vapor condensation to improve the overall heat utilization rate of the boiler. The H-series steam generator (industrial steam engine) is created by the Group’s professional technical team after three years of efforts, possessing invention patents. Its unique design leads in the industry, and the system operates safely and reliably.)

On August 10, the “2022 Specialized Operations Safety Production Technology Competition” in Tai’an concluded successfully. Among the participants, Shao Peng, an employee of the Boiler Company, contributed to the High-tech Zone winning the “Second Prize for Group Limited Space Operations.”

In the preliminary round held by the Emergency Management Department of the High-tech Zone, named the “2022 Tai’an High-tech Zone ‘Three Heroes Cup’ Specialized Operations Safety Technology Competition,” the company sent a team led by Shandong Province’s Chief Technician Xie Genghou. The team, consisting of eight frontline technical staff members, also performed exceptionally well. After intense competition, Shao Peng, Wu Lei, Xing Yongguo, and Pei Qiang stood out among 173 participants. They achieved remarkable results, winning two first prizes and two second prizes in the High-tech Zone Melting Welding and Hot Cutting Group. The company received the Outstanding Organization Award, earning honors and high praise from the higher government authorities!

He won the first place and the crown of the first prize in the High-tech Zone Melting Welding and Hot Cutting Group, representing the enterprise. As one of the team members, he also contributed to the High-tech Zone winning the “Second Prize for Group Limited Space Operations.” In his daily work, he holds himself to high standards, actively participates in challenging projects, and ensures the completion of various production tasks. Wu Lei

Since joining the company in 2010, under the guidance of Master Xie Genghou, Wu Lei has been working, improving, and summarizing his welding skills year by year. In the actual production process, he volunteered to participate in the production of the company’s first completely independently developed TGMF50 pulverized coal burner and the debugging of gas ignition equipment. He worked overtime with colleagues to solve various problems, ensuring the smooth progress of the ignition and commissioning work and the successful operation of the product. Currently, he holds a Welder Level II certificate and is proficient in various welding operations, receiving recognition as a technical expert in the group for multiple consecutive years.

Xing Yongguo

Proficient in manual arc welding, mainly welding joints of power station drums
Entering the enterprise in 2008, with the title of Intermediate Welder, Xing Yongguo has steadfastly held a frontline welding position for 14 years. Since starting work, he has diligently learned welding technology and process assembly from the experienced masters. He has participated in several production projects, including oil furnace tube plates and power station drum pipe joints. In his work, he summarizes experiences, thinks diligently, and took the lead in overcoming the technical difficulties in welding power station drum downcomers, improving work efficiency and ultrasonic testing pass rates. He has been recognized as a technical expert in the group multiple times.

Pei Qiang

Preventing defects such as slag inclusion and arc interruption is always one of the most important concerns for welding technicians. In the actual production process, Pei Qiang strictly adheres to his job responsibilities and follows the process requirements during welding. He carefully observes the welding surface, width, temperature, height, etc., to prevent defects such as pores, slag inclusions, undercutting, and arc interruptions. He has participated in the production of several major projects, including the assembly of the Harbin Jieneng TG420-9.81-Q gas boiler and the Weihai Aishan SLC500-6.4/450 waste incineration heat recovery boiler. He has won the title of technical expert in the group multiple times.

Through the cold and heat of the years, with welding sparks shining, they have poured a solid foundation for their technical skills with sweat, earned honors with exquisite skills, fully demonstrated the corporate culture spirit of Taishan Group, “decisive, hardworking to the end, never giving up,” and showcased the unremitting efforts made by the company to promote the spirit of craftsmanship!
